Please complete the application form below. You’ll be asked to upload:

  • A PDF of your manuscript
  • A high-resolution head and shoulders picture of you.

  • The ISBN number
  • A link to Amazon, or other site where your book is available

Non-refundable entry fee: $67 per category submitted.
