A short professional bio written in third person. You may share your background, writing journey, and what inspired this book. If selected, this bio may be featured in Heart of Humanity communications or award announcements.

Please complete the application form below. You’ll be asked to upload:

  • A PDF of your manuscript
  • A high-resolution head and shoulders picture of you.

  • A high-resolution image of your book cover
  • The ISBN number
  • A link to Amazon, or other site where your book is available

Non-refundable entry fee: $67 per category submitted.
