Book Award Eligibility
To ensure that each recognized work embodies the spirit of compassion, integrity, and transformation, submissions must meet the following eligibility requirements.
- 1Publication Date: The book must have been published within the last five years, either traditionally or independently.
- 2Language: Entries must be submitted in English, though translated works are welcome if translation rights are secured.
- 3Originality: Submissions must be the original work of the author(s) and not infringe on any copyrights.
- 4Submission Format: Both digital and print copies are accepted. Please ensure your submission is in its final, published version.
- 5Category Fit: Each entry must be submitted in the category that best represents its content and intent. The Board may reassign entries if a better fit is identified.
- 6Entry Fee: A separate entry fee is required for each category submission to support the review process.
- 7Availability: Books must be publicly available for purchase or distribution at the time of submission.
- 8Submission Completeness: All materials—including book file or link, cover image, and author bio—must be included for the entry to be reviewed.

Who can submit a book to the Heart of Humanity Awards?
Authors, publishers, and authorized representatives from anywhere in the world may submit their books. We welcome traditionally published and self-published works that align with our mission of uplifting humanity.
What kinds of books are eligible?

Can I enter my book in more than one category?
Yes. You may enter multiple categories if your book fits more than one. Each additional category requires a separate entry fee.
Do you accept eBooks and print books?
Yes. We accept print and ebook formats When submitting, please indicate the format you are entering and provide access details or a downloadable link.
What is the judging process?
Each submission is reviewed by at least three professional evaluators using a detailed scoring system that honors both the quality of writing and the emotional or social impact of your work. The Heart of Humanity Board then reviews evaluations to determine final awardees.
What are the evaluation criteria?
Judges consider clarity, originality, emotional resonance, structure, message, and contribution to humanity’s growth and well-being.
What is the entry fee?
Entry fees vary by category and format. Full details are provided on the submission form. The fee supports administrative costs and the review process.
When is the submission deadline?
Deadlines are listed on the submission form and updated each award season. Late entries may be accepted with an additional fee if space allows.
How will winners be notified?
All entrants are notified by email after the Board’s final review. Winners will also be announced on the Heart of Humanity Awards website and featured across our media channels.
Can I submit a translated book?
Yes. Translated works are accepted as long as rights are cleared and the text is available in English for evaluation purposes.
What if my book is co-authored?
Co-authored works are welcome. Please designate a primary contact for all award communications.
Can I withdraw my submission after entry?
You may withdraw before judging begins. Entry fees are non-refundable once the review process starts.
What happens if my book wins?
Winners receive a digital badge, press-ready announcement kit, and the option to receive a custom crystal Heart of Humanity trophy. Selected works may also be featured in our promotional showcases and partner media.
